Attention SoCal area ACTORS, SINGERS, & *DANCERS!!

Southeast Civic Light Opera in Los Alamitos hereby announces an official AUDITION CALL for our spring 2012 production of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF with the Orange County Symphony Orchestra!

This production will run from April 12th through April 29th, 2012. Please feel free to post, forward, and share this information with whomever you so choose. We are currently seeking all principal and supporting roles, speaking roles, chorus, and dancers. The production provides performance opportunities for performers of all ages, and will undoubtedly be our largest project to date. A summary of all pertinent info follows below.

Sea Lion And Otter Show – Seaworld Sd Los Angeles 2012-01-11

Description:
Those cast will perform the role of "Biff" in sea Lion and otter shows. Biff is a comedic character who interacts with audience members. In addition, performs a dance inspired pre-show and performs characters within the show.

Breakdown Description:
Electric Guitarist

Those cast will perform in the Shamu Rocks show, playing 60 second excerpt from the Eruption electric rock guitar solo by Eddie Van Halen.

Requirements:

Must be familiar with classic rock era and capable of executing a highly technical solo
Strong performance skills are required: capable of captivating and holding the attention of 5500 seat stadium
Must be willing to learn show choreography
Come to the audition prepared to play a one-minute solo. Eruption preferred. Musician must bring their own electric guitar and amplifier
