How can your service be completely free?
TheRightCast.com’s casting services are completely free to the casting directors and the actors. The only real restriction is that if you post a casting notice, we would ask that you accept submissions via email so that actors can submit using our online resume and headshot service. Again, it’s completely free to you to accept headshots and resumes this way, and it’s more convenient. When you post your casting notice you can also supply a normal snail mail address for traditional submissions, so actors don’t have to use our service to submit to you. But we feel our service is so comprehensive, affordable and easy to use that eventually everyone will be submitting online instead of wasting time, money, and paper submitting through normal mail.

How do actors respond to the casting notices I post?
When you post a casting notice through TheRightCast.com you will supply an email address where actors can send their resume and headshot. Actors who have an account with TheRightCast.com will be able to click on your casting notice and an email will be sent to you with their specific information. Once again, your casting notice will also include a normal address so that actors can submit using traditional mail. Take a look at our casting notices if you want to see how it works.

How do my actors retrieve the sides that I post?
When you post sides, you will receive a pick up URL where your actors can go to pick up the sides. You can post sides for multiple characters and multiple projects at the same time. And it’s easy to go back and make changes as your auditions continue.
